Chris Fillyaw

Varsity Head Coach

Football is about learning life lessons.  The fundamental lesson that Chris strives to instill is the value in doing your job well.  Focusing on this key lesson has been consistent coaching both flag and tackle football.  Chris resides in Manchester, MI with his wife Sandi and two sons Drew and Ben.  He grew up playing football for Manchester and continued his football career at Michigan Technological University.  Today he utilizes his degree in electrical engineering working for a software company called MathWorks.

Jestin Jansen

Junior Varsity Head Coach

Jestin began his volunteer coaching path when he became a father to his son Cruz with his wife of 24 years; Sherry Jansen.  He spent a few years coaching youth baseball and flag football, now volunteering in tackle football.  He is USA Football certified and maintains this certification.  When he’s not volunteer coaching, he’s managing his financial services business of 25 years with Ameriprise Financial.  His commitment to his family and career have proven characteristics we need to work with our JV program.
